Rome wasn’t built in 1 day.

Nor is good health and wellness! The benefits of Acupuncture, much like Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, diet and exercise, takes time and consistency. Below you will learn a little about the different modalities that we utilize to help our patients reach their goals. It is our commitment that we will do our absolute best to assist in your wellness goals.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been around for thousands of years. There is a reason why the US Government covers acupuncture services for its Veterans-because it works! If you research, you will find that just about every Major teaching University Hospital in the US has an acupuncture program.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling, aka trigger point acupuncture, is another modality that we use to help people overcome pain and sports related injuries.

Cupping

Cupping has been used for thousands of years. Its the application of sterile cups to create suction on the skin. This suction facilitates blood flow and healing. If you’ve ever watched the olympics you will see many athletes with the traditional cupping marks on their bodies.

Electrostimulation

We attach alligator clips (much like stim pads) to the acupuncture needles and set the stimulation to a specific frequency/hertz depending on what we are treating the patient for. This is a very effective form of electro-acupuncture

Herbs and Nutrition

We have a background in nutrition and herbal medicine. They are sometimes used singularly, or in combination, to help assist in a patients treatment.
